Pricing

Pay only for what you use.

Bring your whole team. Use every feature. The bill scales with the work that gets done — not with how many people you have or which plan you're on.

Typical 10-employee, 5-client agency ~$15 / mo total — not per user

No per-user fees · No tiers · No feature gates · No usage cliffs

How tokens work

Free pool — weekly

Granted weekly. Resets each week.

Use it or lose it. Doesn't accumulate.

Purchased pool — persistent

Buy when you need more. Doesn't expire weekly.

Available immediately on purchase.

Free tokens burn first. Purchased tokens kick in once the weekly free allocation is gone.

Cover your team's usage — to a limit you set

1. The business sets a per-user coverage cap.
2. Employees and clients work — their token usage charges to the business until the cap is hit.
3. Beyond the cap, the user keeps working — their own balance pays.

Everyone keeps working. Nobody gets blocked.

Pricing FAQ

What's a token?
A metering unit (like an API credit). Not crypto, not currency.
How much does a typical action cost?
Per-action token costs are visible inside the app — they're tuned periodically. Public bills lead with the agency-scale anchor (~$15/mo).
What happens if I run out of tokens?
A small overrun is allowed so an action in flight never fails. Once the overrun is used up the next paid action waits for a top-up. You can buy more anytime.
Do purchased tokens expire?
See the Refund Policy for current terms.
How do I bill my own clients?
Through Stripe Connect — payments from your clients land directly in your Stripe account. Independent from how you pay ChronoLedger for tokens, which runs through Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Is there a free tier?
Every account gets free weekly tokens. Many small users never need to buy more.
